Right to Stay for All!
The changes in the new revision of the Asylum Law and the new Foreigner Law have worsened the situation of migrants and refugees living in Switzerland. The campaign „Right to Stay for All“ unites organizations fighting for the regularization of undocumented migrants and rejected asylum seekers.

The goals of the campaign are:
- To publicize the topic of a right to stay and strengthen our demand for a sustainable and responsible regularlization of refugees and undocumented migrants living here.
- To cast off defensive attitudes and actively call for an alternative migration policy.
- To motivate refugees and undocumented migrants to organize among themselves and actively demand their rights!

Different refugee groups draw attention to their cause in the framework of the campaign:

- "Campaign weeks" of Somalis in Bern, 18 August to 6 September 2008
- All-Switzerland demonstration on Saturday, 19 April 2008 in Zurich
- Somali demonstration at the Bundesplatz in Ben on 3 April 2008
- March of Somalis through Switzerland / Demonstration on 4 January 2008 in Bern
- Campaign against deportations to northern Iraq
- Church sit-in on 19 December 2007 in Grossmünster (Zürich)
